While Other visiting cricket nations seems to be thrasing the home side, England decides to be a bit unique by losing the series 1-2 to Pakistan

Pakistan turned the series around to secure a 2-1 victory after standout performances from Sajid Khan and Noman Ali, who claimed 19 of 20 wickets, leaving their batters with only a 36-run target to chase.

In the decisive third Test, Sajid and Noman led Pakistan off the field after taking all ten wickets in England’s second innings, sealing a nine-wicket win on day three in Rawalpindi. Pakistan posted 344 (with Shakeel scoring 134, Sajid an unbeaten 48, and Noman 45) and 37 for 1, comfortably surpassing England's totals of 267 and 112. England’s earlier innings lead from the opening Test now felt distant, as Pakistan claimed their first home series victory since 2021.

Both Noman and Sajid excelled once again, with Noman claiming 6 for 42 and Sajid finishing with 4 for 69, notching his second 10-wicket match haul. Sajid’s 6 for 128 on day one and Noman's six-wicket performance in the second innings played a crucial role in England's struggles, as Pakistan's spinners decimated their opponents with just 46 runs left to defend.

England began day three at 24 for 3, 53 runs behind, and seemed to regroup briefly when Root and Brook hit boundaries early on. But Pakistan’s bowlers quickly broke through, with Noman and Sajid taking timely wickets, dismissing Root, Stokes, and Smith to snuff out any hope of an English comeback. By the time Pakistan were left to chase just 36 runs, a quick-fire 23 from Masood and an emphatic six to finish the match underscored Pakistan’s dominant finish.

Having been added to the lineup after Pakistan trailed 1-0, Sajid and Noman turned the series in their favor, taking a combined 39 wickets. Masood, who had faced six straight losses as captain before this series, celebrated his first series win, an achievement well-earned after a commanding finish.
